Model WRL 6706. This is a base station amp. Runs on 120 VAC house current.
Two tube style amp. They're RCA tubes but I can't tell which ones. Please see the pics.
On my Birdmeter, and into a dummy load, using a 3.5 watt carrier, 14 watt modulating radio, I was getting out around 40 watts out carrier and over 120 watts of modulation.
