I'm new to the ham world. I have played with ham over the decades but never focused on it till now. If you were going to choose a first piece which one would you choose. I have a ham that is guiding me but always suggests other opinions. I was looking at a TS-570S ($600), a 756 Pro ($800), FT-950 ($850) and a FT-450AT ($450). These are all "turn key." Also what combinations and choices of antennas would you suggest. Paint me a picture of your ham shack given this info.
